Day 1 Arrival in Cagliari and pick-up of the rental car at the airport. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 2 Cagliari / Gusana (Kms 175).
Departure to Villanovaforru and visit of the Nuraghe and “Genna Maria” musem. Continue to Laconi and visit of the Aymerich Park. Through Aritzo and Tonara arrival at Gusana lake. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 3 Gusana / Oliena (Kms 100).
Departure to Fonni, Mamoiada and Orgosolo, known for its murales. Arrival in Oliena. Accommodation in hotel, dinner and overnight.
Day 4 Oliena. In the morning visit of Nuoro: Chiesa della Solitudine, Ethnographic museum, Monte Ortobene. In the afternoon visit the Ispinigoli caves and the nuragic village of Serra Orrios. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 5 Oliena/Tortolì (Kms 100). Departure to Tortolì. In the afternoon Arbatax sightseeing. Dinner and overnight.
Day 6 Tortolì/Cagliari (Kms 130). Departure to Orroli and visit of the Nuraghe Arrubiu, then to Goni to see the megalithic site of Pranu Mutteddu. Continue to Cagliari. Dinner and overnight.
Day 7 Cagliari. In the morning sightseeing tour of Sardinia’s capital, founded by the Phoenicians. Highlights include: the Roman Amphitheatre, the Tower of San Pancrazio, the Cathedral and the Terrazza Umberto, a 19th century neo-classical staircase built over the old Spanish bastions, which offers magnificent views of the city and port. Afternoon at leisure for relax or shopping. Farewell dinner.
Day 8 Cagliari. Leisure-time and departure.
